Report a mistake in a guide
If a section of the how-to-play guide looks wrong, out of date, or simply unclear, tell us which part and what you expected to see. We would rather fix it than leave it confusing.
We Read Every Message
Corrections, questions and suggestions all land in the same inbox. Here is how to reach us.

Wondering whether a lane, power-up or theme works the way the guide describes? Send a short description of what you saw in the game and we will take a look.
If an ad on this website seems misleading, inappropriate for families, or out of place, please describe what you saw and roughly when. We review every report.
Ideas for a section that would help a first-time player — a beginner walkthrough, a controls refresher, a page for a specific theme — are always welcome.
If any page is hard to read, hard to navigate, or awkward on a small screen, let us know which page and which device. Small fixes like these make the biggest difference.
This website is a written guide, published for educational purposes. It is not the game, not a support desk for the game, and not a shop. Please send these elsewhere:
We aim to answer every message within a few days. It sometimes takes a little longer when a question needs checking against the game first, or when a week brings an unusual number of reports.
If your message was about something urgent — a page that will not load, for example — say so in the first line and include the web address of the page.
Please wait a few days before sending the same question twice. Duplicate messages do not move a question up the list, and they can make it harder to spot the one that is still waiting.
When you email us, your message and your email address are used for one thing: answering you and, where relevant, improving the guide. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your details.
If you would prefer not to share your real address, use a nickname and we will reply to whatever address you write from. Ask us to delete a message and we will.
